Thirteen years ago I was told I had sarcoidosis and in 1999 I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.  When I found out about Alpha Lipid Colostrum I thought I would give it a three month trial, even though I am lactose intolerant.

This was the catch phrase I had heard at my first fibro meeting, which made me go ahead with my Colostrum experiment, even though two people had told me that it didn’t work and two people were telling me that Colostrum did work for them.

My Alpha Lipid Experiment

Alpha Lipid Colostrum is taken on an empty stomach. You can take a standard dose of two capsules a day, but I decided to take four capsules (which was recommended to me) with a glass of water, and a positive attitude, 20 - 30 minutes every morning before breakfast. Some people take two capsules in the morning and then again before dinner in the evening.

I started to notice a small improvement in my energy levels the first week - even though I told myself it surely must be just psychological.

During the first month, my energy levels continued to improve until today, I can give more time to my artwork in my home-based business. I now have more comfortable joint movement and there is no more stiffness in the mornings.  My knees feel as though they have some ‘cushioning’ between the joints and there is definitely an increase in my hand strength.  No longer do I have dry eyes and what's more surprising - this is the most amazing thing - no longer do I have an intolerance to lactose!  This is something I have had all my life.  Now I can digest dairy foods without any problems.

I also find I have a sounder sleep and another bonus, is that I have longer periods of time without muscle pain if I manage my life sensibly. If I am put into a situation with an exhausting schedule, I take more Alpha Lipid Colostrum during the day, then two more before bed. This definitely helps me manage pain.

Another marvellous thing about Alpha Lipid Colostrum is the improvement in digestion. Your body is better able to metabolise everything you put into it - not just the nutrients in your diet, but also any supplements or medication you may be taking.
