What does FibreMax do?
Fibre ambushes bile salts in the bowel and pass them out. This therefore
reduces the amount of bile salts to be recycled into the arteries.

Binds gases.
How do I take FibreMax?
Fibromax is in a powder form that is soluable in water, milk or fruit juice.
It can be mixed with ULTRA DIET, K 28, gravies, bread dough, other baking, cereals, etc.
or used by simply sprinkling over food.
It is important when starting on FibreMax to do it slowly and in a controlled manner.
Initial dosage should be half a scoopful, gradually increasing to as much as 3 scoopfuls a day, as required.
It is suggested for a new person with sluggish bowels:
(1) to increase your water intake to 8 to 10 glasses per day.
(2) to use half a scoopful of FibreMax for 3 to 5 days, then increase at half a scoopful a day every 3 to 5 days.
This gradual increase is continued until a plastic stool is produced.
Any drawbacks in using FibreMax?
Complaints are often received to the effect that increased fibre intake causes flatulence or constipation.
The truth is that as the bowel becomes fitter through the use of FibreMax, both flatulence and constipation will normally decrease.
When your internal bacteria are out of balance, your digestive system is probably not coping very well.
You may then be troubled by excess flatulence, burping, stomach upsets ot constipation.
If this is the case, try increasing your intake of fibre (FibreMax) and use LIFELINE and ALOE VERA to improve
the balance of friendly bacteria in your intestines. This will aid digestion and reduce flatulence, bloating and constipation.
