This list, with the ingredients listed, is to aid anyone who is starting out on the guaifenesin protocol in New Zealand or is looking for a new product, as most available lists of products are USA-based, where formulations may be different.

Most items were purchased from a supermarket, unless stated otherwise. If you use this list, please check the ingredients on the product for yourself before using the product. We cannot be responsible for any alterations to formulas.  The ingredients listed below are as found at the time our products were purchased.

Every time a product is bought, whether previously checked or not, the ingredients  should be checked against your previous lists to make sure the formulation is unchanged and the product does not have salicylates in it. This procedure is made simpler by having your own personal list in a notebook to check against products.

We have added a date to the product information on this list.  If you date your information or purchase, you are able to identify if a product is new since you last checked your page.

All ingredients listed below have been confirmed to be salicylate-free or at least so low in salicylates that it should not be of concern. If you think you have blocked on one of these products, with the identical ingredients, please contact
jacqui@voxau.com  or megan@voxau.com

Colostrum is an excellent all round supplement
It seems that Colostrum and HGH products, which are very good for energy & also building up the immune system, are first-class used with Guai.  Colostrum is very successful here in New Zealand, especially with the Alpha Lipid Colostrum.

N.Z. has a particularly high grade Alpha Lipid Colostrum, because of NZ's farming standards and it is further enhanced by the addition of alpha lipid coating which makes the colostrum more available to your system and easy to absorb into your bloodstream. Positive Living stocks this for your convenience and security.

As Colostrum is an animal product, it is very good and gentle on our systems. We have one lady who works very closely with Jonathan re her Guai mediocation and she is now doubling her dose of Colostrum as she is feeling so good on it.  Other fibromyalgics just with straight fibro medication are extremely pleased with their increase in energy and reduction in headaches when using Colostrum.

Not subsidised, colostrum is very reasonably priced - a bottle of 120 easily swallowed capsules or 120 chewable tabs lasting 2 months.

Human Growth Hormone
The lady mentioned above on Guai also uses GH4 - which stimulates production of HGH.  It also has other vitamins, minerals and particularly the amino acids which are necessary to combat pain.  GH4 is all natural and 99.5% high grade organic. This product has been cleared by a specialist.

Overseas research is giving GH4 the go-ahead for fibro.  Read the research by Forseth on the website.  GH4 does tend to be moderately expensive.  Positive Living stocks this as well.
